How does the annual prepay discount work?

Pay annually and you get 25% off the monthly rate, locked in for the full 12-month term. When the term ends, your subscription auto-renews at the same discounted rate you originally locked in — no surprise increases at renewal.

You'll get reminder emails 30 days before, 7 days before, and on the renewal charge itself.

Can I cancel an annual plan mid-term?

Yes — but annual subscribers do not receive a refund of remaining months. Access continues through the original 12-month term. The 25% discount was earned by the 12-month commitment.

If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid invoice, you're eligible for a full refund through our grace window.

What about price changes for monthly subscribers?

Monthly subscribers pay prevailing rates. If we raise prices on a tier, you'll receive at least 30 days advance notice by email — with the new price, the effective date, and an option to lock in the old price by switching to annual.

Annual subscribers' rates are grandfathered for as long as you continue to renew uninterrupted.

What happens when I upgrade or downgrade?

Upgrades take effect immediately. You're billed a one-off prorated invoice for the rate difference over the remaining cycle days.

Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle — you keep the higher tier through the period you've already paid for, no refund. Over-cap watched sites and monitors are paused (data preserved) and you'll get an email asking which to keep active.

What's actually in the Pulse Check audit?

Every audit produces a 0-100 Pulse Score blended from four pillars: Performance (40%, Core Web Vitals on Lighthouse Mobile profile), Modernization (30%, transport / discoverability / PWA), Compliance (15%, policy pages + security headers), and Ecosystem (15%, brand reach + infrastructure).

Each pillar expands to per-input contribution breakdowns with budget thresholds and raw measured values.

How does the Agency dev-hours benefit work?

Agency includes 2 hours per quarter of bundled development time, with one-month rollover. Eligible scope: API extensions, additional response fields, integration debugging, mapping help for your specific use case.

Out of scope: custom scoring rubrics, bespoke product features, or agency-style project work — those route through a separate quote-based engagement.
